Terms of using this website

Using this site

The content here is general information about garage doors, openers and our services. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your door. Do not attempt repairs involving springs, cables or bottom brackets based on anything you read here; those parts are under tension and can cause serious injury.

Prices and figures

Dollar ranges on this site come from published national cost guides and are cited where they appear. They are for planning only and are not quotes. Our price for your job is given before any work starts and depends on your door, the parts needed and the time of the call.

Our work

The scope, price and terms of any job are agreed with you before the work begins. Local facts on this site, such as population figures and building dates, come from the public sources cited and may change.

Forwarded calls

When every SGDS 19 technician is busy, a call to our number may be forwarded to another independent garage door company nearby. That company sets its own prices and is responsible for its own work; please confirm the price and their licensing and insurance before work begins.
