We collect very little, and we only use it to answer your call and do the work you ask for. This page explains what that means for phone calls and for this website.
Updated October 2026
What we collect
When you call, we receive your phone number and the details you choose to give us, such as your name, address and what your door is doing. If we visit, we keep a record of the job, the parts used and the price. This website has no contact forms, so it does not collect information you type into it.
How we use it
We use call and job details to schedule and carry out the work, to price it, to follow up on that job and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
This website
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like any website, the server that hosts it may log technical details such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability. The map on our pages is not loaded until you choose to view it; when you do, it is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Sharing
We share job details only as needed to do the work, for example with a parts supplier. If your call is forwarded to another local garage door company because every technician is busy, that company receives the details you give them on the call and handles them under its own policies.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, call (331) 704-8271. We will confirm who you are before making changes, and some job records may need to be kept for accounting and legal reasons.
Changes
If our practices change, for example if we add website analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top. This version was updated in October 2026.
