Coverage
Short answer
We cover all of Naperville, which spans DuPage and Will counties, plus the suburbs around it: north into DuPage County, south and east into Will County, and west into Kane and Kendall counties. The line is answered 24/7, and when an address is beyond our range we say so on the call.

Regions
Naperville spans DuPage and Will counties, and it grew from about 42,600 people in 1980 to 128,358 in 2000, so its garages run from late-1950s homes in Moser Highlands to 1990s subdivisions like Tamarack Fairways. Our office sits in Village Green, and we also cover Miledge, Maplebrook, Wheatland View, Royce Woods, Bay Colony, Riverwoods, Brookdale and Brook Crossing, plus the newer south-side neighborhoods of White Eagle, Ashbury, Tall Grass, Stillwater, Clow Creek Farm, Breckenridge Estates, River Run, Ashwood Park and Ashwood Creek.
DuPage County is Illinois' second-most populous county and mostly built out. Established towns like Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lombard and Downers Grove mean more repair and replacement work on existing garages, while Lisle, Warrenville and Woodridge sit right against Naperville's north and east edges, with West Chicago, Darien and Westmont farther out.
Will County grew by more than a third in the 2000s. Plainfield, Bolingbrook and Romeoville mix newer subdivisions with the big distribution buildings of the I-55 corridor, and Joliet, the county seat, adds older neighborhoods and commercial doors, with Lockport and Shorewood nearby.
Aurora reaches into four counties, from older neighborhoods to newer subdivisions. Beyond it, Kane County takes in North Aurora and Batavia, and Kendall County includes Montgomery, Oswego and Yorkville, part of the fastest-growing county in the country in the 2000s.
Scheduling
Arrival depends on the day's calls and where you are, so we give you a real window for your street, not a promise for the whole region.
Wherever the call comes from, a door stuck open or hanging crooked is secured before any repair starts.
The job and the time of the call set the price, and you hear it before work starts, in Naperville or in the next county.

Honest limits
Our regular range is the four counties above. Calls from farther out, such as the far south of Kendall County where the land is still mostly farms, are taken case by case; we tell you on the phone whether we can reach you and when, rather than booking a visit we cannot keep.
